This homepage is stored on a german server, and maintained from Hungary. Both countries have law against this symbols.
The german law says:
The swastika was a symbol of National Socialism. The use of the swastika in Germany is punishable in all variants that are confusingly similar to the swastika. This does not apply if the depiction serves civic education, the defense against unconstitutional efforts, art or science, research or teaching, reporting on current events or history or similar purposes.
The hungarian law has a similar regulation, but adds the red star - the symbol of communism - to the forbidden symbols.
It means, to use this symbol(s) in the vehicle picture collection, which is a historically correct display of the vehicles is allowed.
Showing vehicle drawings with this symbols does not express any political opinion, it is only the historically correct documentation of that time.
The short summary: the use of the 'Hakenkreuz', 'Reichsadler' and the red star is allowed only on real, historical vehicles - to show, how that vehicle exactly looked like at that time. In the category Phantasy they are not allowed at all.
